Weekly Puzzles 2

This is my second post in my series where I present a couple of puzzles every week. For this week's puzzles I decided to use positions from online blitz games of mine. I hope you will enjoy them.

Solutions

1.Rc8+ Bg8 2.Rf8!!
This is the important move in the line. Black will lose a lot of material.

White has a much better position, since the passed pawns of both sides will be stopped and white will be left with a much better king in the resulting king and pawn endgame.
1.Bd5!
This is the only winning move. Black draws after 1.Bxc8 g2 2.Bxa6 g1=Q
1...Bh3 2.c7 g2 3.Bxg2
As mentioned above, the resulting king and pawn ending is winning for white due to their better king.
3...Kxg2 4.Ke7 Kf3 5.Kd8 Ke4 6.c8=Q Bxc8 7.Kxc8
And white wins

Black has just played f6 and thought that white has to move their knight. However, white has a much stronger move.
1.Bxf6! Bxf2!
This is an important line which white had to see. White has a quick mate after 1...gxf6
2.Kh1! Bxe1 3.Qg6

1...f5 2.Nd2
2.Ra4 and black has a couple of winning moves after this, for example 2...Be7 3.Nd2 Nc3 4.Rxa7 Nxb1 5.Nxb1
2...Nc3 3.Ra1 Bb2!
And black wins material

This is a simple tactic.
1...Rxe4! 2.Rxe4 Nc3
And white will not be able to recapture the knight after it takes one of the rooks.

Black captured a pawn on f2 with their knight, but this was too greedy.
1.Qc5!
This wins material
